- 40 g gluten-free porridge oats
- 238 ml milk
- 1/2 tbsp tahini, or your favourite nut butter, plus extra for serving
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp honey, we use Necta & Hive
- Put the porridge oats, milk and tahini (or nut butter) in the saucepan over medium heat and mix well.
- Bring porridge to the boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 – 6 mins stirring regularly till the porridge is cooked and creamy.
- Transfer the porridge into bowls and top with the almond and smother with honey.
