Honey and Oatmeal Power Bowl

Start your mornings energised with our gluten-free almond and honey oatmeal bowl. Perfect for those mornings you need a little pick-me-up, this power bowl is filling and nutritious. Quick and easy to make using pantry staples!

Drizzle generously with our delicious Necta & Hive Red Gum 10+ honey for a boost to your immune system and to increase energy levels. Our honeys contain high antimicrobial properties making them powerfully healing and with restorative qualities.


  • 40 g gluten-free porridge oats
  • 238 ml milk
  • 1/2 tbsp tahini, or your favourite nut butter, plus extra for serving
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey, we use Necta & Hive


  • Put the porridge oats, milk and tahini (or nut butter) in the saucepan over medium heat and mix well.
  • Bring porridge to the boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 – 6 mins stirring regularly till the porridge is cooked and creamy.
  • Transfer the porridge into bowls and top with the almond and smother with honey.
